At the Mountain West Cystic Fibrosis Consortium, our mission is to advance the understanding and treatment of cystic fibrosis through innovative research and collaboration. We are committed to bringing together leading experts in the field to share knowledge, foster new ideas, and drive progress in cystic fibrosis care.

Our vision is to create a world where cystic fibrosis is no longer a life-limiting condition. By hosting this annual research conference, we aim to shine a light on the latest breakthroughs and encourage partnerships that will accelerate the path to a cure.

Our History

Founded in 2005, the Mountain West Cystic Fibrosis Consortium has been at the forefront of cystic fibrosis research and education. Over the years, we have hosted a small regional meeting attracting researchers, clinicians, and advocates from around the Mountain West.
